Welcome to register to Bona Vita Tango Marathon Pendik

Please, read the registration rules carefully. By registering you fully subscribe to the terms below and to the policy of the event.Bona Vita Tango Marathon Istanbul is a private event opened and reserved for the confirmed participants only
💫 Only registered and confirmed participants will be permitted to the event
💫 The registration is MANDATORY
💫 Registration will be open for everybody. but we have it on our minds. Solo followers registration can be closed any moment
💫 Balance between followers and leaders will be 50 50.
💫 You can register both as a solo dancer or as a couple
💫 You cannot apply with a dancer whose solo registration has been accepted already
💫 EACH participant has to fill in the registration form SEPARATELY if you register in pair
💫 If someone from the couple doesn’t pay or cancel the event participation, the other participant should offer another dancer or this PAIR registration will be moved to a waiting list
AFTER REGISTRATION
💫 You will receive an automatic email, which means that we received your application (if you don’t receive the email, please, check the SPAM folder or contact by sending an email to info@bonavitatango.com). It is NOT the final confirmation of your participation in the marathon
💫 Within 5 days, you will receive the letter from organizers. It will inform you, whether your application is accepted (and payment information will be in the letter)
💫 Organizers of the event have a right to refuse the registration of participants they consider her/his dancing/behavior as inappropriate, dangerous, aggressive, etc
PAYMENT
💫 After receiving a letter containing payment details, payment must be made before the number of participants is reached, as there are early registration period prices.
💫 If you register in pairs we can confirm the participation only when both payments are received
💫 If the participant does not participate after the payment is received, there will be no refund and he/she can transfer his/her rights to a person we approve.
Refunds are only possible upon cancellation of the event.
💫 We kindly ask you not to book any tickets or hotels till the final confirmation of participation from the organizers
