Engin Yuksel started his tango journey in 2007 and has continuously enriched his knowledge of both dance and music by participating in various tango events around the world and receiving professional training. For the past four years, as an international tango DJ, he has been sharing his passion and expertise in tango music, creating vibrant and harmonious atmospheres on dance floors.

Based in Istanbul, Engin Yuksel has performed as a DJ at numerous distinguished tango events across Turkey, especially at the main milongas in Istanbul, as well as in other cities throughout Europe. He has been invited to play at exciting milongas and festivals in Bucharest, Constanta, Alexandroupoli, Montenegro, and Sofia.

His DJ sets offer a wide musical spectrum, ranging from the soft melodies of Salamanca’s “Bomboncito” to the powerful candombe rhythms of Juan Carlos Cáceres. Deeply devoted to the Golden Age of tango, he carefully selects music from legendary orchestras such as D'Arienzo, Di Sarli, Biagi, Héctor Varela, and Canaro.

In the near future, Engin Yuksel will also be performing at festivals in Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia. His aim is to build a strong connection with dancers through a well-balanced selection of energetic and romantic pieces, ensuring an unforgettable tango experience.
